Do I need to have 17hats?
Yes! This experience is for business owners who already use 17hats and want it to run like the powerful business management system it is.
Can I add more revenue streams / workflows later?
Absolutely! Many clients return for round two following their VIP Week to build out additional revenue streams.
When are spots available?
I’m pre-booking 6x VIP Weeks between January 20 and March 27, 2026.
Once Q1 2026 spots are full, Q2 openings will be offered to my waitlist first.
Do I need to prepare anything before our VIP Week?
Yes and no! During our onboarding call, I’ll ask you to walk me through your current setup, share any templates you use, and describe your dream process. If you already have a vision mapped out — amazing! If not, I’ll guide you through it.
What do you mean by “revenue stream”?
A revenue stream is a type of service you offer — like a portrait session, coaching package, or design project.
During your VIP Week, we’ll build workflows for two of your top revenue streams from inquiry → completion.
Why is post-implementation support limited to 60 days?
Because I want you to get my best guidance while everything’s fresh! The closer we are to your VIP Week, the more specific my support can be.
What exactly do you build?
I’ll focus on two of your revenue streams — designing, building, and testing workflows + pipelines so they run seamlessly.
If you're a photographer who offers multiple types of photo sessions, you will select two of those (for example: Family Portraits and Newborn Sessions).
Do I need to be on all four of the 2-hour Zoom calls during VIP Week?
You don’t need to sit on Zoom for the full session every day during your VIP Week. These times will be dedicated for me to work on your account; I only ask that you be available for feedback or review/check-in during those times.
How does booking work?
Once you pay your 50% deposit, you will automatically receive an email from me (thanks to workflows) to begin the onboarding process, which will ask you to review & sign your contract.
Upon signing your contract, you will receive a link to book your 2-hour onboarding session.
Before and during your onboarding call, we will discuss exact timing for your VIP Week. By the time we finish the onboarding call, the VIP Week should be on your calendar!
